It is a reference to the classes-trailers for the very popular shooter "Team Fortress 2". In the beginning of those Trailers they showed a screen simular to this one, where you could see the calss, or some equipment that refers to the class and read the words "Meet the (name of the class)". Also where on this picture you see the cutie mark, there is the Team Fortress 2 Logo ^^
